Lleva su casa con él y allí donde va se encuentra a sí mismo. Viviendo con las estaciones, las ve llegar e irse. Todos los otoños, caen de entre las nubes las hojas como si hubiese un eterno jardín medio marchitado. Este fenómeno no cambia, como tampoco lo hace la figura de una madre que ayuda y regaña al niño en su camino. Quizás la muerte es sólo una forma de olvidar sus recuerdos de infancia, que bien podrían pertenecer a cualquier persona. Rara vez piensa en ellos, pero una vida en constante movimiento ofrece momentos fugaces en los que pararse a recordar. Parece que todo lo que ve le pertenece, y en realidad no necesita nada de eso.

Los comisarios: The duck
The Duck es un grupo de artistas vinculados a la escuela Staedelschule de Frankfurt. Desde hace unos años este grupo ha hecho exposiciones en estudios de Berlín con artistas que incluyen a Lena Henke, Genoveva Filipovic o Ellie de Verdier. The Duck ha expuesto por última vez y cerrado sus puertas este septiembre de 2016.

He carries his home with him and wherever he goes he finds himself. Living with the seasons he sees them come and go. Every autumn the leaves fall as if from an eternal half withered garden above the clouds. This detail unchanging like a mothers presence serving and scolding in the background of a child's adventurous life. If death is just a form of forgetting his memories of childhood might as well have belonged to someone else. He rarely thinks of them, a life of constant movement offers so many fleeting moments to attach ones sentimentality to. It seems everything he sees belongs to him and he does not really need any of it.

The curators: The duck
The Duck is a group of artists related to the Frankfurt Staedelschule school. For some years this group has exhibited in artists studios in Berlin, including artists like Lena Henke, Genoveva Filipovic or Ellie Verdier. The Duck has exhibited for the last time and closed its doors this September 2016.
